Loss of taste from Covid and cigars...

I can't taste like I once could. Something has happened to me this past year, but I can smell fairly well. I suspect it's neuropathy. 

Anyway, it's definitely impacted what I enjoy now. Trinidad is tops for me followed by every upmann I've tried. For some reason robustos don't taste or smell as well as other formats. 

And taste is hit or miss. Definitely parts of my tongue function, others don't. It's been interesting lining up cigar with taste and smell. Turns out I enjoy long and skinny/under 50rg, or small coronas. Cigars I used to adore, like most gourmet series PGs, now have this mildewy umani about them I can't tolerate. Davidoff yamasa tastes like a chemical gum.
