This box sports dark and mottled wrappers. Box lets off a distinct spicy and slight musty earth aroma.

Cigar lights up great with a draw on the firm side but not needing any attention. Medium body right of the back. Oily thick smoke clings to the palate providing a nice lingering spice and dark fruits.

Smoke continues very much the same but the body builds. This cigar produces smoke on the darker side, plums raisins and a red wine characteristic. A bit of funk, leather and damp basement (in a good way). It would be a Rioja Gran Reserva in the wine world.  

Cigar finished off with quite a kick. Nicotine levels are pretty high here in the 50 minutes to finish. Based on what I am seeing here these have the legs to go on for a bit longer as they continue to evolve. Dark wrappers for the win.
