I bought 3 while in London back in September. I thought they were WAY too young, and the first one I tried had ZERO flavor. I brought the remaining 2 home with me , and I will wait till probably September to try them again. I will post a review when I do.

Is the flavor profile more true to Ramon Allones than say the Eminencia?

I found that to be a bit on the mild side.

from what I heard the flavor profile is similar to the Rass, which can't be a bad thing.

I enjoyed one with the box code JKI JUL04 and I thought it was VERY good for such a young smoke. To me, it had a very classic Ramón Allones flavor to it, very cedary, herbal, and spicy.

I have smoked a number from a box GKI JUL04. Fantastic smoke even when young. I have been letting them rest for a while. I really enjoyed them over a year ago. I am certain these are going to be amazing with 4-5 years on them. The flavors are rich.

Hows the construction on them?

I have smoked several from 04 (I forget the month right now). I liked them, but I think they were too young. I still have some left and look forward to them 2-3 years. I found them to be very similar to the RASS as far as flavor profile.
