Just received this box last week and figured I'd try one ROTT. And what better time to smoke it than during the weekly FOH poker tournament!

I've never had a fundie before and this is starting off better than I hoped. Reminded me of the best of the Coloniales and Reyes I've had but even a little more sweet dough note. Trinidad's are very good and I think they become great if you retrohale them often. The flavors are spectacular. The pocket 10s aren't too bad either!

Screw the cigar - daddy has himself some pocket rockets!

The cigar and my poker performance are hitting on all cylinders. Still getting that sweet donut and terrific spices that I'm going to say are cinnamonesque, but no burn. Now I wouldn't have went "all in" with a J-4, but then again no one has ever confused me for Phil Hellmuth

Yada yada yada made it to final table. The sweetness has subsided and I'm getting more unsweetened bread along with the spices from earlier. Still super smooth and smoke output is on point.

Final 3! I'd rather place bronze than silver but either way this Fundie has taken gold! But something really needs to be done with Kevin...and quickly.

Winning in poker obviously includes a ton of luck and tonight I was given a lot of it. The straight pretty much wrapped up the win for me and also the cigar. If the rest of the box performs like this one did than I'm in for a real treat. Fri/Thurs poker is something I look forward to each week. Playing with cool people from all over the world and every now and then the cards align just right. Kind of like a good golf shot amongst a throng of crap ones, it's what keeps you coming back.
