Cigar Store Figure, Neon Cigar Store Indian Kinetic Sculpture by Artist Frederick Prescott (b. 1949), hand cut & painted steel in the form of a standing Indian w/blue, red, purple & neon sandwiched between the two sides, arm raises cigar up & down in nearly endless kinetic motion, signed on base "Prescott '98", Exc working cond, noting small paint loss on base, 72"H x 28"W x 8"D.
