Trinidad Esmerelda GLE DIC 19 (FTRW)

This has been resting for the over 60 days, and the one I had at thirty was excellent despite inadequate smoke production. This one not so much. 

It opened mild, too mild, and never really evolved. I got some light Trini flavors - cream, some nuts, and an aromatic (almost minty but not mentholy) taste for the first half, but by the end of the second third this become quite bitter. Otherwise just bland, and not really warranting any further discussion. 

As this is young and not fully rested, I’ll stick to my plus system, and admittedly I’m accounting for the flavors in the others I’ve tried. I didn’t dry box this one because of the smoke production on the last one and that may have hurt things as well, as I developed burn problems in the final third that ended my time with this smoke. If I were scoring this straight it would be mid-80’s, but for now...
