The ornate cast iron double cigar cutter with central marquee centered by a lithograph portrait of a bearded gentleman reads 'Don Rosa, Highest Grade Havana Cigars, Barnes, Smith & Co. Makers.' in embossed lettering, the two arms set with brass-faced mechanical cutters activated by downward pressure and lettered PAT.APPL'D FOR, based on a rococo style influence iron base, numbered 7.2 on the base, maker Brunhoff Manufacturing Company.
