LLC Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 RyJ Churchill - ESL DIC 17 (CRW)* Thin delicate wrapper. Chocolate and cherry aroma. Some hard spots and soft spots concern me. Clip revealed small divot, which gave me some hope of the construction being ok. Time to lite it up. Didn’t take long to realize I wasn’t getting much smoke from it. Decided to use the Perfect Draw to loosen the tight spots by and just below the band. That didn’t do much and I realized the issue was the soft spots closer to the foot. First third - not sure because I had to cut it off Re-lite my suddenly shorter Churchill. Now I am able to draw and get a normal amount of smoke. Predominant flavors of maraschino cherry dipped in chocolate and undertones of pepper and wood. Conclusion - poor construction in various ways took away from any real chance to enjoy it. This is the first from a box split. I’ll wait a while and then dry box one to try again. I got board of it before finishing my 4x47 Churchill so I’m going to go grab a Monsdale to finish my weekend. Tapatalk isn’t letting me upload the picture. I’ll try from the web site. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
