I'm using my small tupperdor as a travel humidor, but I've always bothered by Spanish Cedar sheets and CCs being rolled around every time I bring that tupperdor to cigar lounges. So, I'm thinking about adding an empty Esplendidos box on the bottom and smaller box on the top of this tupperdor. I've also considering getting XIKAR 5ct or 10ct Travel Humidor for daily CCs. Any suggestions?

I use a wide mouth quart mason jar as my travel humidor.

I thought it's mainly for keeping pipe tobacco, but it isn'. I'll look into it ?

Xikar for sure! Use my 10 count for trips to Vegas! Works great!

Thanks! I'll look into it, since there's a spare room to put gift cigars for BOTLs. I'd like to remove foams and fill with Spanish Cedar sheets and Boveda pack, as I hate smell of foam if I use XIKAR Travel Humis.

That's exactly what I did. I've been able to rid wineadors, tupperdores, the Commodores...of plastic smell. Getting the foam chemical smell out of a travel humi ended up being impossible. Pulled it out and used the adhesive left behind to stick some thin sheets of spanish cedar to it. Smells worlds better and opened up a little storage space for more cigars or paraphernelia.

Much agreed! Cigar itself never got destroyed by rolling around unless being thrown accidentally. Spanish Cedar did a huge trick for me as well. So, I don't find need for foams TBH.

I found a better case on Pelican website, which is slightly larger than XIKAR 5ct Travel Humidor. The price is cheaper than XIKAR ones in my country, so it's +1 for me!

I have several 5 and a couple 10 count Xikar travel humis. They’re perfect.
Thanks Jim! I'll use mounting tape or food grade silicone to attach Cedar sheets to my travel humidor. Both Pelican 1060 Micro Case and XiKAR 5/10ct Travel Humis are on my list.

I've got both a 10 and 5 count but interested in the pelican and how many cigars you can fit in it.  Good luck with what you end up going for.

It's slightly larger than XIKAR 5ct one, so it can keep 10-12 CCs maybe. I'll experiment with that case.
