Popular Post Akela3rd Posted May 31, 2020 Popular Post Posted May 31, 2020 I immediately thought of the TOS code when this comp was announced, it got a lot of praise a couple of years ago for the cigars that emerged in 16/17. The next thing was to check if I had any available and lo and behold the HUPC. My notes from the time show that Epicure Especial and PLPC both came in as excellent. The concurrent TOR code showed well for du Prince, Siglio IV and Partagas Aristocrats. I've got some TOR Upmann Regalia but the HUPC is better. This cigar is velvety to the touch and nicelyconstructed. Mild cedar and a slight sweetness in the cold draw, which has perfect resistance. 1st 3rd Light spice, marshmallow, cedar. Mild in strength and smooth as butter. 2nd 3rd Strength ups a little. Cigar fills out, more flavour. Cinnamon, more marshmallow, milky coffee. White ash, perfect burn, really mellow relaxed smoking experience for a Sunday afternoon. 3rd Still perfect burn, slight black pepper coming in, still nice rounded flavour of milky coffee. Didn't rush it and had an asolutely beautiful hour with this cigar. Unfortunately the remaining 8 are the only cigars I have left from TOS, but they'll be saved and savoured.9/10 Sent from Cosmos Redshift 7 7
