Popular Post RichUK Posted April 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2020 The weather here in the UK is glorious, so we went out for our mandated one hour of exercise and headed into the woods over the road from our house. Family outing, so myself, the good lady wife, our son and the dog. I pick a San Juan, gifted to me by someone in the UK, this is a 2018 cigar but I do not know the box code. As we get into the forest, my wife heads off for a run with the dog and the boy and I start our gentle amble. The first third is typical San Juan, mild but packed full of flavour. I get some leather, some mild spice and I reminded why I love these cigars so much. The second third is much the same. I'm reminded why I can pick one of these up at any time and enjoy it. These are one of those cigars that you hope never ends. The final third needed a little relight and there is a little chocolate there. I enjoy the last ten minutes whilst the boy adds a little to his forest den and the dog looks like she needs to sit down after a long run. A very decent 94/100 for me. (I then slipped down a bank on the way home, much to the enjoyment of the family, graceful it was not). 16
