HOYO DE MONTERREY EPICURE NO.2 RESERVA COSECHA 2012

Does anyone have experience with the HOYO DE MONTERREY EPICURE NO.2 RESERVA COSECHA 2012? How are they smoking these days? 

 

I am a huge fan of the #2 and they happen to be 2012, which is the year of my sons birth.

I have had a handful and love them. Super rich cream overload.

However. Find a good box of 2012 HDM epi 2. They are around. Buy 6 boxes for the same price.

Interested to see how the box goes. I've smoked one 2012 Reserva Cosecha #2. I honestly could tell no difference from a good quality regular production HDM. Still much fun to try!

I plan on smoking one within the next month or so. The others I plan on enjoying with my son, When he hits certain milestones. I will post pictures of them once they arrive and post my finding once I smoke one.

I've only smoked one and while I like it, I wasn't super impressed.  A few days later I had a 2015 Epicure #2 and that cigar was superior.

I have never had a Reserva box before. The quality is very nice. The box feels like a miniature humidor it has a nice weight to it the construction is very nice good craftsmanship. The cigars construction is also flawless and they smell great. Thanks for the kind words that helped make my decision.

I will post my tasting notes once I decide to smoke my first one.
