Popular Post HDGSN Posted March 21, 2020 Popular Post Posted March 21, 2020 Sancho Panza Non-Plus ULA MAR ‘15 Purchased this box in Havana because the price was too good to pass up even though I had never tried the marca before. One of my favorite cigar bands. Minimalist. Amazing font. Enjoyed with more fresh Cigar City Jai Alai IPA and JRAD 3-16-2017 Cold draw was sour citrus and funk and classic tobacco flavors. No transitions between thirds and none needed for this daily beater. Medium bodied at best. Predominant flavor is dry wood, especially on the retrohale. Driftwood. Saltiness is there when not retrohaling. Some savory spice like rosemary. It also reminds me of a Mr. Goodbar - milk chocolate heavy with roasted peanuts. Unique Cuban tobacco when Cuban tobacco is the most unique tobacco. Would love to know the vegas that source a lot of this tobacco. Always a pleasant departure to have one of these, and this box made it apparent I need to always have Sancho Panza in the humidor. 93/100 12
