That's brilliant.  I swear that dude was just at my house repairing our water heater.  Like a dope, I said OK for him to make the repairs before I looked up on youtube for potential fixes.  At least we got hot water back the same day but a little more patience on my part would have saved me somewhere around a box of Lusitanias.  We've found great contractors for heating and air, roofing, paint, and lawn care.  But we've never found a plumber or electrician that even made us feel like we weren't being screwed.
