Popular Post Akela3rd Posted December 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 15, 2019 I got this box from 24:24 at PSP grade. Heavy box press, firm but good draw. Nice light sheen on wrapper which looks a bit thick but well made. On lighting it'snutty, a little harsh too but not off-putting as yet, should settle. Grassy, slightly floral - generally pleasant start. Below medium in strength. Drank a Brewdog Alcohol free IPA - nicely bitter with a floral aftertaste, matches the cigar well. The initial harshness has soon gone, smoothing off into a lovely creaminess. Bit of handbag leather emerging - for a young cigar it's got surprisingly defined flavours I think. The ash holds well, lovely thick white smoke. 2/3 Leather building, burn line perfect so far. It's a really pleasant smoke actually with a bit of milky coffee showing through. 3/3 I was expecting the last section to go a bit off due to the youth of it - "wet dog" as someone once said which stuck in my mind - but it hasn't. The floral aspect has come through and the finish is as pleasant and satisfying as you'd wish with no bitterness or pepperyness to spoil it. All in all a very good cigar and at a very good price point too. Worth searching out if the quality's right. Score? A definite win and a surprisingly large majority. Sent from 47171 Lempo 8
