Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted December 3, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 3, 2019 H Upmann No.2 BRE DIC 18 First 1/3: starts off with Spicy pepper, earth, leather notes. Black coffee w nuts. Medium - Full. Draw is Perfecto as is construction with a razor burn line. Ash is whitish Grey and a bit flaky but holds over an inch easily. 2/3: darker notes of earth and wood take the front now. A bit of twang on the edges. At moments there is a touch of saltiness. Volume of smoke is great with single draws coating the pallet. Some nuts and leather in the retro Hale as spiciness recedes to the finish. 3/3: strength builds to Full body with a bit of nico hit now. This is not a morning smoke today but in a couple of years... ? Overall I really enjoyed this example. I believe this was #1 on the blind competition which I missed. So I wish I tapped this box earlier. I enjoyed this without fluids and the smoke did not dry the pallet at all. A solid 91 now. Cheers 7
