Bucky McSwensen Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Looks dry but still oily to touch. Dry draw has honey, barnyard and a bit of chocolate. Bolivar is my favorite brand and I loved the petit belicoso so I have high hopes for this. This tastes like a chocolately BBF. I am loving it right off the bat. Gets a bit dry and spicy but the aftertaste is like a desert version of the 98 BBF I had a few weeks ago. I never thought I would get anything like that again so its nice to know I can at least get a wisp of it in these. Second third is earthy peppery hay. The chocolate has disappeared but there are little kicks of mild coffee. Spicy cream kicks in at the midpoint. This is transitioning from a rich desert bbf to a rich desert rc. Rest of the cigar is pretty one dimensional and gets bland. Final third gets tannic and has a lot of nicotine kick. Rich coffee flavor with hints of wood and cocoa. I’m still thoroughly enjoying it but it doesn’t live up to the first third. I think this still has some legs left to go so more time down won’t hurt it. Id value this stick at 20 bucks Cost value = 0.69 Cuba value = 2.16 2
