Popular Post havanaclub Posted September 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 30, 2019 Decided to smoke this Cohiba Siglo II for this review weekend. I picked up a few singles of these on a trip to Cuba. I am guessing these are circa 2013-2014. Paired with a Nespresso Columbia blend. Aroma at cold was cedar (which I seem to get from most of my singles sitting in my wineador with cedar shelves) and sweet tobacco. 1st: started medium-full with hay and coffee bean notes. 2nd: burn is pretty much razor sharp with a perfect draw. This is where the cigar really intensified with some nice sweetness, I guess you could say honey, it was hard to pinpoint it. Some vanilla notes in the background... very nice. 3rd: the sweetness faded and I got more of the classic Cohiba hay and coffee notes. One of my favourite petit coronas for sure.
