Popular Post irratebass Posted September 29, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 29, 2019 Not a bad looking wrapper, but also not very elegant as you'd expect from a Cohiba. Quite a few visible seams and veins. I get mostly barnyard aromas off the body and heavy cinnamon off the foot. Let's see what's what. Cold gives me like a Christmas cookie or baking spices with cumin and cinnamon and maybe some white pepper thrown in the mix as well....let's light up. 1/3 - Not really much to report in the first third. Mostly cedar and burnt tobacco...........just a hint of cream. 2/3 - Getting some salt in the beginning of this third, well at least that's something. This is a pretty disappointing cigar. I am not getting any of that patented grass/honey/hay/graham cracker that i've had in other COROs.....oh well continuing on. 3/3/ - Ok just got some butter elements. More salt as well, actually quite a bit more salt this time. Ok, a little too late, but I am now getting that grass & flavors finally. Ok calling it, this was a disappointing cigar....after I finally got your usual hay/grass, salt and butter it just faltered out back to the burnt tobacco (cardboard). draw was good, burn was ok, but I did have 3 relights. Smoking time was right at 2 hours. Meh 5
