Trinidad Vigia Tubo unknown (TVQVRW)

I got this in a large trade in which codes weren't disclosed. 1st Trinidad for me. Smoked in a lounge during a meeting, so slightly distracted, probably smoked it a little quick and hard.

Rich and full from the first puff. Lots of creme coffee and pastry as advertised. Not much transition until the final third when this ramps up into cointreau cake.

Excellent cigar, if a little foursquare and monolithic in flavor. Knowing the source, this was on the young side so perhaps not a great example of what the marca is capable of with age. I'm reminded alot of Cohiba as I expected a little more 'wow' factor, but still a very fine experience. Call it 85-87.
