Punch punch ??? (PQWRC)

Thanks to @MigsG  I have a box of punch punch from mid 18. I can’t remember maybe April. I have smoked 5 and everyone is worse then the next. Literally unsmokable. Plugged and awful taste. I bought them maybe say March or so and 24:24 was being littered with punch punch and rave reviews. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Only box I have bought that just won’t smoke and don’t like. Bad combo. 

Tonight however thanks to again @MigsG who graciously gifted me this I have hope. Maybe mine just need time, Suffice to say they can’t get any worse lol !

1st third creamy earthy and leathery plus add some vegital. Burn great smoke great draw great. Straight twang !

2nd third basically more of the same. Not a super life changing cigar but very pleasant and enjoyable. For their piece a fair bet. I maybe would add some spice and pepper. Not too much but it’s showing up  

Last 3rd i would say similar again. No ramp is heat or harshness at all. No youth to end it early. Nothing bad at all. Just a nice present smoke to end my day. 

I will say for basically the same price I much prefer a jl1, hdm 2 or a Connie 1. But that’s me. I do have some 17 punch 48’s resting and well c how that goes ...

in the meantime if given one I would smoke it for sure. Thanks again !

Glad that cigar smoked fine, Brad!  I had one of those last week - basically the same experience.  A slight fruit/vegetal sweetness to mine with that forest floor spice.  Mild/light medium cigar, nothing more.  Not life changing.  Wish it was stronger, right?
