Every one of this box has smoked well. This was a little under-filled, but still a pleasure. Nice colorado colour, draw on the light side. Opens up with bunt sourdough toast, then sweetens with a liquorice / fennel flavour. Mid-bodied rather than full. Moderate / slightly low smoke production and the ash was a bit hollow. Got a bit peppery but this dissipated after the first half-inch or so. Needed a few wrapper touch ups. Nice work with fennel tea in the early summer garden!
