Popular Post MountainMilG Posted May 3, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 3, 2019 I picked up a 6 pack of these from our hosts last year. Not PSP, but hand picked. I've been trying to sample different marcas and vitolas to zero in on things I like, so this weekly review thing has been good for me. Although that does mean I have to pick up a bunch of different cigars. Oh darn ? Good construction, albeit they don't feel as packed as, for example, my Monte 4 PSP solid sheen monsters. Light. Little crinkly, although kept at the usual 63-65 RH and 68 degrees or so. Typical V cut for me, good light and draw. I understand why people say pancakes. That's not the taste I get per se, but it's the overall impression. Light, fluffy. Tad bit of sweetness. Kind of like pancakes. No syrup, but that type of smoke. I like these. I've had a couple of my quarter box since they arrived, and I may look for some San Cristobals to add to the stash. This wouldn't be a normal (I don't smoke everyday) rotation smoke for me, but I like the change of pace. Not harsh or strong or peppery, but light and low key. Overall a good cigar, and definitely smokable again. 7
slowsmoke Posted May 3, 2019 Posted May 3, 2019 I have a box of of this exact code, and they are smoking great. I get a dark, molasses flavor, but still overall medium body, very easy pleasant smoke. Definitely box worthy. 1
