What’s Cooking for Christmas?

We actually stayed home this year, so both Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner are at my house. 

Last night we did a New England take in the Feast of the Seven Fishes - clam chowder, raw oysters, shrimp cocktail, scallops wrapped in bacon, Portuguese mussels, salmon, and linguine with lobster cream sauce. 

Tonight, I’ll be cooking a prime rib roast.

What’s everyone cooking this holiday? Any specialties?
