Popular Post backbone Posted October 28, 2018 Popular Post Posted October 28, 2018 Diplomaticos #1 FJN JUL 2005 SSR Last of a 5er I split with a great BOTL. Draw is a bit tight but manageable. 1st 1/3. Light coffee spine with a bit of spice wavering intermingled with cocoa. Reminds me of a Monte /Partagas mix. 2nd Body picks up to medium with good amount of pepper/spice. The finish really rests on my palate. A bit of sweetness wavers between the spice. Burn is flawless 3rd Cream and cocoa take back the reins with a little bit of a nut flavor background. Smooth smooth smooth! What a great cigar! 13 years and such a deep flavor profile legs for days. Good bye friend. 9
chris12381 Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Great cigar. I burned trough a box of these like they were m&ms after I picked em up in Santiago de Cuba back 2003. I think the box was less than a hundred bucks. Wish I could get a do-over on those. ??♂️
