Popular Post leafdream54 Posted October 27, 2018 Popular Post Posted October 27, 2018 (edited) This is from the oldest box of cigars in my possession. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe this is from the Jose Marti factory, 1994…machine made(cigars wrapped in cellophane)? Prelight draw – just right with a hint of resistance. It tastes clean with a hint of leather and a hint of mustiness. First 1/3 – nice oiliness coats the mouth, light bodied and hint of floral. This cigars seems to be smoking itself. Second 1/3 – smooth herbal nuances with nuances of smooth aged shoe leather, hint of cocoa passes in and out…makes my mouth water. The aroma is so very inviting! The ash seems to hang on forever. Still light bodied. Last 1/3 - clean, almost minty, great balance, moving towards medium bodied – the aroma is so blended and soft that I want to inhale it deeply. It reminds me of very soft, very aged old Havana shoe leather. Last bit – I actually take this cigar in the house because I want to remember how enticing the aroma is. I wish I could bottle this. It takes me away far away from the stress of the day. This cigar was like old soft Cuban incense.. I enjoyed the aroma every bit as much as the flavor. Chucko8 Posted October 30, 2018 Posted October 30, 2018 Nice review thanks. You definitely got it to the nub and every bit out of it.
