Just wanted to add this in case it helps anyone unfortunate enough to have to travel to Glasgow, the Dakota Deluxe Glasgow hotel has a nice smoking terrace, with heated lamps, and you can bring your own (as well as buy them there).  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice to know, and Glasgow has a few nice Breweries/Tap rooms that when the weather is better, you can smoke outside ?
