So a sampler that I ordered from 24:24 a few weeks back showed up in the mail today. I had been tracking the parcel so I knew to expect it today. When I picked it up from my mailbox I was horrified! Basically an entire quarter of the box  was crushed in and the packing foam "peanuts" were spilling out. I rushed to the house, cleared off the dining room table and with surgical precision cut away the packing tape only to reveal...a totally unscathed package within the package! It was a bit of a close call but our Host and his crackshot team proved yet again they are experts at their craft.

I lift my glass to you, good sir. Cheers Prez!

Funny this came up, because I received my latest purchase today and had a similar experience. You see, the idiots who remodeled my house and the lazy-ass owner (me...) failed to install gutters, most notably above the front door. So naturally, every package that is delivered while I’m at work gets left on the stairs below the drip line of the roof.

When I pulled up to the house after work, I could see the box getting dripped on from a Rain that I was PRAYING happened before the delivery was made! When I got up to the door, I could see that one end of the box was seriously wet. I quickly dashed into the house and opened the box to inspect the treasure and sure enough, Mother Nature or the postal service were no match for the superior packaging!

The packaging of the samplers blows me away.  I definitely don't mind the wait for my orders to be shipped when they're packed as carefully and professionally as they are.

*WHEW!  I was thinking you really had a thrombosis heart condition going massive! :doctor: and that you needed prayer and get well wishes from all of us!  But then...finding your highly prized, no obstacle too great to do,  stash bashed in like that - uhgh!  It's amazing the paramedics didn't have to get you the defibrillator!  But - as everybody's acknowledging, three cheers to Rob's Tolkein Elves' skill at that protective packaging they had them in!  :2thumbs:   :2thumbs:  :2thumbs:
