Ken Gargett Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 was reading a winemaking trade mag recently (from NZ) and there was a piece on ultrasonic humidifiers. the mob behind it was STULZ - i thought them a kiwi company but i think now they are aussie but also operating globally. i think air-con is their main go but they obviously diversify. they built a sustainable humidifier for Mt Difficulty - one of the leading wineries in the Central Otago district. it is in their barrel hall but sunk below ground. it combines with an external air heat reclaim system, which i suspect means more to some than it does to me. apparently it uses 1% of the energy a comparable steam system does. wondering if anyone has come across them in any way in use for their, or others', cigars? http://www.stulz.com.au/en/
