Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 2 Reserva Cosecha

Oh wise ones,

I just bought a couple of sticks of the Hoyo reserva and I expect to get my hand on them in a few weeks. Have any of you tried them? What did you think, smoke now (after they acclimatize)

or let them rest for a year or two? I got a OK price but still they were terribly expensive, so I would like to smoke them at the "right" time.

I search the forum for a tread but I could not find one...

Just had a review on Cigar Inspector.

Just tried the first 2 out of my box with@boopdeep and we both loved it. Extremely strong. Both of us had a good nicotine buzz for hours after we smoked these straight to the nub.

Man those look great! I have some order as we speak, other than strength any tasting notes you can share?

Pepper and cream, very distinct Hoyo profiles come thru but stronger.

I've just had one so far and I thought it was great.  Better than the HU#2 reserva IMO.  Tasted like a stronger but more refined Epicure #2 to me....
