Prices at LCDH in Havana

The last time I went to Havana, the prices at all of the LCDH (and I went to everyone of them) followed the official price list (seen also at yul).  Someone who has gone since me is claiming that they were seeing different rates above the official government price.  Has anyone else seen inflated prices at LCDH in Havana?  Perhaps at non-lcdh (like the Cohiba Experience), but not at LCDH, at least in my experience.

Haha. I'm sure alot of people see, and pay, higher prices. I haven't personally been given the run around or asked to pay an amount above what I should, but I go prepared. Yul Cigars price list has never steered me wrong. Cubans don't make much money so this type of hustle is very common. There are "tourist menus" just about everywhere, bars, restaurants, cigars shops. Again, I didn't see this late last year, but I am aiming to hit all (or most) of the Havana LCDHs in about a month, so I'll take a look for myself and report back.  

I did see higher prices at the Cohiba Atmosphere lounge in the Kempinski though.

Thats what I thought.  I said "Cohiba Experience" but I meant "Cohiba Atmosphere".  It is what I saw, but someone else was telling me otherwise.    He must not be shopping at LCDH.
