fastkiller13 Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 I've got a box of Monte 4 RUO NOV 15 and they are awesome. And I'm pretty sure these are what @El Presidente considers PE. Blue sticker is what makes me think that, Although I couldn't tell by the look, feel, or smell of them.
