Bennettjohnl Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 I am an equal opportunity cigar lover. I enjoy various flavor profiles but right now I really enjoy baking spices............... Love Epi 1, Epi 2, Punch Punch. I sampled a half box of La Escepcion Exclusivio Italia and fell in love. The spice level and VANILLA were amazing. I know there isnt going to be a regular production run of these but is there anything I can look for a vanilla hit? One of the more unique flavor profiles I have experienced over the last 5 years and would love any recommendations to anything somewhat similar. Thanks for any help gents 2
Islandboy Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 The flavors you call out speak to me as well. I’ve found a vanilla element in several cigars, but none more prominent than recent Dip 2’s. For decadent baking spices, Sir Winstons are tough to beat. 1
Guest Nekhyludov Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 I find a precise cherry vanilla note on Punch DCs, which I love.
dicko Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 I find cohiba with a couple of years on them have a vanilla flavourSent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk 1
Danimalia Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Love those vanilla notes myself. I might suggest La Escepcion's sister brand, and give Hoyo Epicure Especiales a try. I've noticed it in those.
Islandboy Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Cohiba and HdM are both excellent suggestions. I’ve got some young HdM DC’s that are creamy vanilla bombs. Still waiting on most of my Cohibas to grow up.
