I was going to do a review of the RACA I had yesterday but couldn't due to brain lethargy caused by Xmas - too much sitting about, it's just not me.

So today I'm out on the bike on a glorious windy day in Richmond Park and I brought a HUHC with me for a half time break. These only arrived a couple of days ago but the size is right for a short break off the bike. Their condition is absolutely fine despite the miles travelled and the smell of the box was slightly stinky biscuit, pleasant though.

On lighting the first taste is strong coffee, bitter with a sweetness behind it. The biscuit smell has translated to the taste too. It's quite windy on top of Richmond Hill which causes a slight burn issue, but tactical rotation offsets this along with a couple of touch ups. It's a strong little cigar, punching above its weight. Much stronger than the HUPC or even the Mag46 I think. A peppery tingle comes in at the halfway point and lingers to the end. I concede that they'll need a little time down to settle into my humidor conditions but I'm thoroughly enjoying this right now and am already looking forward to the rest. The strength fades a little at the last knockings and it seems a if a little shot of cream has been added to the coffee.

And now it's downhill pretty much all the way home, which is nice. Good choice on the day. 6e47700f529101cf46c2983d44ee75b2.jpg60d1ec069052799305fba451d6e03a1e.jpg
