So I bought this box for the purpose of my short winter smokes.  We are not breaking out of the teens for a week or so it was perfect for the occasion.

Cold draw:sweet and sugary.

first half: maple syrup with pancakes, with a hint of baking spice.  

Please excuse my bright blue hands, I had placed a rubber glove over my gloves so the smoke didn’t stick to my gloves. The gloves are definitely a necessity.

Last half:  continued with the sweet maple syrup and baking spices.

 

Was too cold and I couldn’t be bothered with touching it up so I just let it canoe.  It was ugly but it did keep the cherry pretty well and smoked just fine.

looked like you were smoking post surgery, lol.  thanks for the review.  i have a box of these and i don't think i'm getting the pancakes and syrup.  shame about the burn.  will have to smoke another one today maybe.
