Was going to smoke a Trinidad Reyes but the stick didn’t feel and sound right.  So instead I went with the hupc, short enough for the balmy 25 degree F day.  

Cold draw: Barnyard

First third: Sweet short bread and coffee.

 

Second third: coffee and shortbread

Last third: Coffee and baking spices

very good smoke, ash was falling in very short increments but construction was good otherwise.  By the end, fingers needed a bit of thawing.

nice.  shame they are discontinued. looks like the burn was pretty good.  i'm assuming no draw issues, but if there were, you probably pushed through it considering the cold
