Cold draw: light barn yard 

 

First third: salty sweet wood

 

Second third: dry wood and cream

 

 

 

Last third: wood, nuts and spices.

 

 

Lots of smoke production.  Good construction and burn. Youngness and bit of tar taste at the end but good smoke overall.
