Havana and Irma. Two short videos

Interesting and encouraging to see Havana, again, pick up the pieces so quickly after a storm/flood. I know parts of eastern Cuba got it much worse but still interesting to see how quick they are to get to the clean up.

The first video was taken either Sunday night or early yesterday morning.

The second video, showing some of the same streets, was taken yesterday afternoon.
