Bagman Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Newbie to this site, not to cigars. I've been smoking Cubans for 20 years. I started in 1997 and was amazed at the taste. I quickly fell in love. I purchased a lot back in 98 and 99 and then quit for a bit. I think we all know why it was a bad time to bulk up in a new hobby like this during those years. I have a fairly large collection, around 90 boxes (you know you have too many when you don't even know how many you have!) I recently went to Cuba for this first time in July. I absolutely loved it. Though I can't figure out why anyone would smoke cigars there. Hot, sticky, and windy. I went a little crazy and bought 17 boxes. Almost all May/2017. Not even 2 months of age when I bought them. I used to post a lot to the forums at cigaraficiando.com as "Marino" Churchill is my favorite size, I love the ring gauge and the long smoke time. I hate fat cigars and cohiba's. Nothing personal, but for the price, give me a Sir Winston Churchill! Anthony
