It started with some basic research and trying different cigars from a local shops mainly from brands such as Ashton, Perdomo, Padron, Crowned Heads and a few others. Some were better than others and I relied mostly on the advice of the shop staff rather than cigar mag rankings. Thanks to a recent business trip I was finally able to broaden my horizons to include Cuban cigars and tried a Cohiba Robusto, Partagas D No.4 and Monte Cristo No 4. I really enjoyed each one!
