Jefferson
These are very popular in my neck of the woods. Them being inexpensive and great tasting doesn't hurt anything either. Simple ingredients: Brats, beer, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and ground pepper. I'll be lighting the charcoal in about half an hour. More photos as things progress.

Jefferson
Also, use inexpensive beer on this. Don't pour your good ales and lagers into the pot. Busch is on sale here right now. The 12 pack I bought should get me through the summer cooking bratwurst.
Jefferson
Lets get cooking! I love these with honey dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard and occasionally horseradish. One thing is for sure, they are great every time!
