mygar Posted December 2, 2016 Share Posted December 2, 2016 Excluding concerns about beetles, any thoughts on long term storage (5 to 10 yr) if roughly 4 mo of every year is at 75 deg F? My guess that aging would occur at accelerated rate during these months. Those that have done so close to this temp or conditions please let me know your observations... taste, etc!
