pilar Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 Any reviews or opinions on recent vintage Punch DC's? I'm looking to pick up a cab if they're smoking well. I'm working through a cab of Lusis and also a cab of Hoyos and they are both sublime.
Danimalia Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I had one about a month ago. It was a random single, so I can't help you with box code our date, but I presume it's relatively young. I thought it was fantastic. For as massive as it was, it was pretty light weight, so I finished it in just a shade under two hours. I thought it had a really unique combination of creamy sweetness and earthiness.
David88 Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I have a box from 2014, can't remember the box code off the top of my head though. They are smoking well but still need a bit of down time in my opinion, the final third started to get a bit bitter. Having said that I have only had two from the box as I don't often get enough time to have a cigar of that size. Definitely worth a purchase though.
