Hello FOH,

My name is Rod, although I've been registered for a while now, please don't hold it against me for finally making a formal introduction. Now a little about myself, I am still pretty new to the cigar world being that I decided to pick up this hobby/passion of ours this past December. Being that I'm from the other side of the pond the only experience that I have comes in the form of NC's. Now rewind time a bit from the present. A few months ago I was fortunate enough to be gifted my first Habano which was a Montecristo No 4, and boy did it turn my world and my palate upside down! So that brings me to now, I have come to FOH to hopefully become a part of the community and to also to gain as much knowledge as I can from all of the veterans FOH'ers. This I believe will only enhance this new found passion, and ultimately make my fondness for cigars and Habanos more enjoyable.

Welcome, Rod! I'm from the Bay Area (Fremont), and new here myself. So far, I've found a lot of great information, and the people seem pretty welcoming!

Thank you! It's good to know that there is another Bay Area brother on here. I've been lurking a bit on forums and it seems like this is a pretty good bunch!

Your story is exactly why folks that truly discover a different cigar gravitate to it! Welcome to the dark side, you just took the red pill. Avoid the 24:24's and you'll be alright! ?

I feel you brother. My collection isnt big by any means; however, at my current burn rate I know I have enough to last for some time. My problem is CC's taste too delicious and I want to be able to smoke one whenever I feel like it. Lol
