JohnnyO Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Yes....you have to spend $10,000 US for their World card or $40,000 for their World Elite card annually. I don't think the average Cuban in Miami will not be using this card. Seems more for institutional use or for someone that needs to move funds from the US to Cuba. 1
