Rich Nations Using Cubas Debt to Pry Open Opportunities

This may all be well and good but as of today, one still can't transfer money into a Cubans personal bank account or a business account in Cuba. Same goes the other way. 

That one thing would certainly transform doing business in Cuba on both a micro and macro level.

Without doubt there a changes happening in Cuba, but it's still a long way from having a positive fiscal effect on the man in the street.
