This will be my 1st review here. I picked up this box from Rob & co. back in February & I won't say I have been disappointed, but I haven't been blown away either. This will be my 3rd stick from the box.

1st

The smell from the box is heavenly, has that "Cuban Twang" just in the smell alone, so I always hope I get that with smoking the stick.....hasn't been the case yet. Ok, off to the review.

Start time: 11am

I did not do a pre light sniff...sorry about that, I was too excited to get on with it. Getting a bit of a walnut meets cream with some peanuts & sourdough on the retrohale.....the retro has really calmed down compared to the other two cigars I tried.....this pleases irratebass, and gives me hope.

15 mins in no transition, still getting the sourdough & peanuts, there is something else lingering, that I can't pinpoint yet.

30 mins in and the flavor is WOOD! Damp wood, and some cinnamon.

45 mins in....I feel like i'm smoking this too fast, that or time is speeding up. Heavy peanut flavor on the retro now.

2nd

1 Hour in Salted roasted peanuts with coffee & cream.

1 hr & 15 mins in HEAVY salt now and mostly wood. Awwww 1st relight.....not too bad considering i'm over an hour in yeah?

Little editors note....I'm enjoying this much more than the other two. These are starting to show potential, and that makes me excited.

1 hr & 30 mins POPCORN flavor! Interesting!!!!! Here comes the Twang on the retro....yeah baby!

3rd

1 hr & 45 min Popcorn lingered a little more and transitioned into grass/hay, but mostly grass.

Staring to burn hot....time to sip it.

1 hr & 50 mins Wood has returned, and I have a heavy salt taste on my lips.

Burning too hot & became mushy.....calling it.

Ok, so these are starting to show potential as I mentioned and I am no longer regretting buying a box. I plan on smoking another in about 3 or so months and see how they are developing.

3.5 out 5.

Nice review. Rob said RyJ cazzies need 3-5 years I seem to remember, which seems to be a hell of a wait if yours might come round in the next few months. Good luck, 'boss!

Thanks for the nice review. At first I wondered how at all could that cigar make it into the 'bone-a-dog':P-rev. category.

But, turned out, you did the cigar justice.
