MrCrowley39 Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Hey all, thanks for having me here. I'm a rookie smoker from Ontario, Canada. I probably won't post too much until I do some more reading. Always welcome to stick suggestions, storage suggestions etc. I currently have a winedaor (Whynter CHC-251S with beads I trained to 67%). I've enjoyed various smokes so far, some from the island and a growing number of NC's. I've also had some not so good smokes, so it's been a trial by fire so to speak but an enjoyable process non the less.
