Cohiba Sublimes Seal & Box Code

Hello people I am from Turkey. I travel around the world to collect vintage for some months. I tried every possible way the internet offers to get answer to my question but nothing did help. ?

I came across a box of Sublimes EL 2004 with the warranty seal GE 170062 and a factory code of FDO Sep 04. I wont talk about the bands because they seem pretty genuine.

Need expert advice about the seal and factory code to move on.

Purchase from a trusted seller and don't ever question the authenticity. For the record in my brief trip to Istanbul i did not find a legitimate cigar retailer of the three i saw that were selling cigars.

You are right,that's why i never buy cigars from anywhere in Turkey. I trust my seller but i see nothing wrong with doing a double check if the subject is the Sublime.
