Shoutbox gone... how to get it back?

I clicked something which removed the Shoutbox from the forum. Anyone know how to get it back? I've checked the settings and don't see a way, though I might be blind...

Do you see a grey bar where the Shoutbox used to be? If so, there is a little + symbol on the right hand side. Just click that and it should come back.

Alas, no obvious '+' icon. Here's what the forum looks like, in case I'm really missing it:

From the main forum page (link) browse down to the bottom of the page where you can see the active users. Where it shows the active Shoutbox users, click on Shoutbox to load it. Now from the Shoutbox page, click on the My Prefs button and change "Display Global Shoutbox" to Yes.
